Field Day 2024

Hip hip hooray, it's almost time for Field Day! Field Day will be held on Friday, May 17, 2024 in the gym, the cafeteria, and the back of HES. Parents are welcome to enjoy field day with their child and we need volunteers to assist with set up, games, activities, concessions, and tear down.

 

Kindergarten through 2nd grade will be outside from 8:00-11:00am and 3rd grade through 5th grade will be outside from 11:45am-2:45pm. There will be candy, Gatorade and water for purchase as well as a shaved ice truck! Buy your tickets today! Pre-sale tickets will be available until May 15th.

 

*All volunteers MUST have a 2023-2024 GCISD Background Check on file. If you have not filled one out this year, please do so ASAP: click HERE.

The election for these positions will take place at the General PTA Meeting on Thursday May 2, 2024, prior to FROZEN!. Nominations from the floor will also be accepted. Hat Day

In an effort to support our 5th grade Fun Day, HES is having a Hat Day fundraiser on Friday April 26th. If your child would like to participate, make sure they bring their favorite hat and $1 in cash. We will be collecting the money by the entrance. Thanks in advance for the support.
