SUBJECT: Fall Festival Info: Silent Auction is LIVE!!!!

The Fall Festival Silent Auction includes experiences and items donated from our generous HES teachers and the community.  

Top experiences include Week Camps to Sky Ranch and Pine Cove, a MagnoliaMarket Tour, Opening Night tickets to Broadway Series Shows, TCU Football Tickets, and an overnight stay at Hotel Vin

Other items include Wine Classes, Birthday Party Packages, and the coveted Front of Car Line spot!

Share the auction link with friends, grandparents, or neighbors that might want to support our HES PTA.  Many of the experiences would make great holiday gifts!  Physical items do not ship, and must be picked up locally.  Check item description for locations and limitations.

The HES Fall Festival is a family-friendly HES tradition! Family members of all ages can enjoy food, games, and activities in the cool fall weather, all while supporting our school.


Join us on Saturday, October 22, from 4:00-7:00 pm on the Heritage Elementary School blacktop and field for the festival fun.  All wristbands and tickets bought online will be available at Will Call on-site at the midway entrance.

Fall Festival Wristbands, Tickets, & More
K-5 Student Wristband: $20

Students in Kindergarten through 5th grade must have a K-5 wristband to enter the midway.  The K-5 wristband includes the following midway activities:

  • Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course (Ages 5+) (Waiver Required)
  • Bounce Houses
  • Face Painting
  • Midway Games & Prizes
  • Photo Ops with Miss Colleyville & Miss Grapevine
  • Playground Access

Adults and students in Pre-K and younger are free to enter the midway and do not require a wristband.  Pre-K and younger students can participate in all activities included in the K-5 wristband at their parents' discretion with the exception of the Ninja Warrior Course.  Participants must be at least 5 years old and sign a waiver to participate on the Ninja Course.

All K-5 wristbands bought online before NOON on Friday, October 21st will receive 5 free tickets to be used for concessions or other ticketed activities,  

An individual family maximum for K-5 student wristbands is $45. Promo codes listed on the website must be used when purchasing three or more K-5 student wristbands.  

Online pre-sales end at noon on October 21st.  Wristbands purchased online will be available for pick up at the Fall Festival Will Call table at 4pm on October 22nd.  In-person sales will also begin at 4pm on October 22nd.

Special Activity & Concession Tickets: $1

Tickets may be pre-purchased online and at the event.  Tickets are required for the following activities and food:

  • Cookie Walk: 1 ticket
  • Taekwondo Break-a-Board: 2 tickets
  • Jail: 2-4 tickets
  • College Flag Contest: 1 ticket per point
  • Dunk Tank: 2 tickets
  • Bowl of Chili from our Dad's Club Chili Cook-Off: 5 tickets
  • Slice of pizza from Nizza Pizza: 2 tickets
  • Concessions (water, soda, popcorn, snacks): Varies 1-3 tickets

Middle & High School Ninja Warrior Course Wristband: $5

Students in Middle and High School wanting to participate in the Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course may do so with this wristband and the signed Ninja Warrior Waiver.  

Middle and High School students are welcome to enter the midway and participate in ticketed activities (see below) and purchase food with tickets, however, activities included in the K-5 wristband are intended for our elementary students and younger. Middle and High School students will not be permitted in any bounce houses.

Students participating in the Ninja Warrior Course must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver in order to participate.  Save time by completing the form below ahead of the event!

Restaurant Pull: $20

Purchase a "pull" for $20.  A Restaurant Pull redemption ticket will be included in your Will Call envelope.  Visit the Restaurant Pull station at Fall Festival, present your redemption ticket, and PULL A Number!  That number will correspond to a restaurant gift card with a minimum value of $25.  You could even win a gift card worth up to $50 to some of the top restaurants in our area!

College Flag Contest

There are 7 colleges competing at Fall Festival for the privilege to hang their flag in the cafeteria for the year.  The Aggies won decisively last year!  Will TCU make a comeback? Or will Texas, OU or Baylor represent?

 

Pre-purchase votes online by Friday, October 21st at noon.  Votes will be added to your selected college's bucket.  

 

Votes will also be available to be purchased at the HES PTA's Fall Festival on Saturday, October 22nd from 4:00-7:00 p.m.  Any unused tickets at the end of the Fall Festival can be placed in the College Flags buckets near the entrance/exit.  1 Vote = $1/1ticket

Volunteer

This event is made possible with the help of countless volunteers!  By signing up for just one 30-minute shift, you will be a huge part of supporting our HES community!  Each grade-level is responsible for specific areas of the Fall Festival.   

Additionally, middle & high school students may volunteer for community service hours.  Students can bring verification forms to the Volunteer Table at the event for an adult signature.

Enter the Chili Cook-Off

The 2nd Annual Dads' Club Chili Cook-Off is here!!  Sign up below to enter your famous or almost famous chili.  Entires should be brought in a crock-pot (labeled with your name) to the HES Blacktop Playground Area between 3:30 and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22nd, the day of the Fall Festival.  Each pot of chili should serve at least 12!  Anyone can enter!  You could WIN!!

Cookie Walk Donations Needed

The Cookie Walk is a fan-favorite every year!  This year's walk will be held during the Fall Festival on the HES Cafeteria Stage.  Everyone's a winner!


Cookie donations are needed for prizes!  All cookies must be store-bought and in their original packaging. Sign up today to bring a box of your favorites!!  


Cookies will need to be dropped off in the HES Front Office on Thursday, October 20th or Friday, October 21st.

Fall Clothing Drive

Donations of gently used clothes, shoes, household items, toys, backpacks, stuffed animals & purses will be collected in collaboration with the World Wear Project.  The HES PTA benefits from donations made.

The donation bin will be located near the front bus circle and bike rack between October 14th & October 28th.
